ADULT LESSONS

Lesson Times for adults are offered mornings & afternoons up until 2PM and after 9:00PM Monday through Friday

Whether you are a beginner, returning, or experienced pianist, it is my goal to help you find the joy
that you are looking for when playing the piano. Traditional methods of teaching generally demand a
great deal of time, practice and endless drilling.

Most adults, though starting off with good intentions, find soon enough they have neither the time nor
patience that traditional approach demands. Most people, (not all mind you), just want to play for their own pleasure.
Others would like to be able to play their favourite song or hymn. Some would love to be able to play & sing-along with friends.
Others would just like to know how to improvise or play by ear.

My style of teaching differs from the traditional method because it is based more upon the understanding
and knowledge of music. Though practice & repetition are still and will always be important in the learning
of an instrument, it isn't the driving force. Knowledge is!
